Alcove Acoustic Pod
Alcove is a small, free-standing acoustic booth to help absorb and reduce ambient sound levels in libraries as well as quiet spaces. It comprises of an upholstered panel pod containing two pieces of Softy rectangular seating for two persons, supplemented by a centre table for laptops and books.
Alcoves can be scattered across school and office spaces to help absorb the sounds reflecting off hard surfaces; by placement in libraries, school counselling stations, modular open offices, and indoor breakaway spots. Alcoves provide welcome relief and privacy, by breaking monotony and adding colour to brighten spaces.
